Crispy Baked Fish with Parmesan Tomatoes
- 4 small tilapia fillets (1 lb.) Walmart Supercenter 1 pkg For $10.98 thru 02/14
- 20 Premium Plus Crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
- 4 tsp. dried basil leaves, divided
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
- 4 Roma tomatoes, halved Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse fish with cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
- of the Parmesan cheese and 1 Tbsp.
- (3 tsp.)
- of the basil in pie plate.
- Spread both sides of fish evenly with 3 Tbsp.
- of the dressing; coat with crumb mixture.
- Place on large baking sheet.
- Add tomatoes, cut-sides up, to baking sheet.
- Brush tomatoes with remaining 1 Tbsp.
- dressing; sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese and the remaining 1 tsp.

- Bake 12 min.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Change oven to Broil setting.
