Crispy Baked Fish with Parmesan Tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse fish with cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the Parmesan cheese and 1 Tbsp.
  4. (3 tsp.)
  5. of the basil in pie plate.
  6. Spread both sides of fish evenly with 3 Tbsp.
  7. of the dressing; coat with crumb mixture.
  8. Place on large baking sheet.
  9. Add tomatoes, cut-sides up, to baking sheet.
  10. Brush tomatoes with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  11. dressing; sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp.
  12. Parmesan cheese and the remaining 1 tsp.
  13. basil.
  14. Bake 12 min.
  15. Remove pan from oven.
  16. Change oven to Broil setting.
  17. Place baking sheet 6 inches from heat source.
  18. Broil 2 to 3 min.
  19. or until fish and tomatoes are lightly browned.
