Simple Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) Soup Broth for Ramen

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and heat.
  2. If you are adding things to the ramen, just add to the soup.
  3. I add lots of cabbage and okra!
  4. Boil the noodles in another pan, ladle the soup over the noodles and serve.
  5. I added meatballs this time.
