Hominy Bake
- 45 ounces hominy, drained
- 10 34 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 -2 lb beef, browned
- 10 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 14 teaspoon garlic
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon cumin
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon basil
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 -2 cup cheese
- 1 -2 cup crushed Fritos corn chips
- Mix together and layer with shredded cheese.
- Top with crushed fritos and bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
