Southern Pecan Cheesecake

• 3/4 cup cookie crumbs ginger flavoured
• 13 cup pecans chopped
• 5 tablespoons butter melted
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar

1. For the crust, combine ingredients and press into bottom of 10-inch springform pan.
2. Filling with any filling and pour sauce on top.
3. Bake.
