Ground Beef Supreme Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 1/3 sticks butter
• 1 sm. pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
• 1 1/3 c. warm water
• 1 can cream of celery or possibly mushroom or possibly chicken soup

1. Brown meat with onion and celery.
2. Blend butter, stuffing and water.
3. In a 2 qt casserole, layer the meat mix with stuffing - 1/2 meat, all stuffing, remaining 1/2 meat.
4. Blend 1/4 c. water with soup and pour over casserole.
5. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
7. Serves 8.
