Zucchini & Ground Beef-Stuffed Peppers Italiano

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup tomato sauce, zucchini, rice, oregano and basil.
  4. Cut tops off peppers; remove and discard seeds.
  5. Pour remaining tomato sauce and water into 13x9-inch baking dish; stir.
  6. Place peppers in baking dish; fill with meat mixture.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  9. or until peppers are tender.
  10. Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 to 7 min.
  11. or until melted.
  12. Serve peppers topped with sauce from bottom of baking dish.
