French toast with an egg in the middle.

• 6 eggs
• 4 wheat bread
• 1 as much cinnamon as you want
• 1/3 cup milk or enough to make the batter
• 1 cookie cutter

1. Mix 2 eggs, milk and cinnamon
2. Cut a hole with a cookie cutter in the middle of the bread and dip in the egg mixture.
3. Place on greased pan and quickly crack an egg in the middle of the bread.
4. One egg per bread, makes 4.
5. Flip to other side.
6. Contine to cook/flip until egg in the middle doesn't jiggle.
7. Add whatever you want on top, syrup or hot sauce.
