Miso Salmon & Ramen Noodle Salad
- Miso Salmon
- 16 each skinless salmon fillets Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/3 cup miso soybean paste
- 1/3 cup black sesame seeds
- Ramen Salad
- 3 qt. ramen noodles, cooked without packaged seasoning mix
- 2 qt. napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 qt. bok choy cabbage, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 1 cup pea pods, blanched, bias cut
- 1 cup radishes, julienne cut
- 1 cup daikon radish, julienne cut
- 1 cup celery, peeled, bias cut
- 1 cup red bell peppers, julienne cut
- 1 qt. KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing
- Garnish
- 1 cup fresh cilantro sprigs
- 1 cup sesame sticks
- Miso Salmon: Place fish in parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Bake in 425 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
- Brush each fillet with 1 tsp.
- miso paste, then sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- sesame seeds.
- Bake 3 to 5 min.
- or until fish is desired doneness.
- Ramen Salad: Combine ingredients.
- For each serving: Spoon 1-3/4 cups Ramen Salad onto plate; top with 1 Miso Salmon fillet and 1 Tbsp.
