Miso Salmon & Ramen Noodle Salad

  1. Miso Salmon: Place fish in parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake in 425 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
  3. Brush each fillet with 1 tsp.
  4. miso paste, then sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  5. sesame seeds.
  6. Bake 3 to 5 min.
  7. or until fish is desired doneness.
  8. Ramen Salad: Combine ingredients.
  9. For each serving: Spoon 1-3/4 cups Ramen Salad onto plate; top with 1 Miso Salmon fillet and 1 Tbsp.
  10. each cilantro and sesame sticks.
