Broccoli Bake
- 3 heads fresh broccoli
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can broccoli cheese soup (I like Campbells)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups milk
- mckays poultry seasoning, to taste
- In a large saucepan cook the broccoli.
- Drain.
- In a bowl blend soups, cheese, and mayonaise and add broccoli.
- Mix well.
- Put into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- In a small pan melt butter, add bread crumbs and toss lightly.
- Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top and mix.
- Heat through about 45 minutes at 350.
- *HomemadeChicken Seasoning Instructions.
- Melt butter then mix in flour (thoroughly).
- Add milk little by little.
- When think, add a couple of teaspoons of McKay's Chicken Seasoning.
