Children's Lunch Soup Recipe

  1. Brown beef chunks in oil then add in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Turn down heat and simmer for 1-2 hrs till meat is tender and vegetables are soft.
  3. Serve with crusty bread and green salad for a complete meal.
  4. Reheats well.
  5. Freeze and reheat in microwave.
  6. Feeds 3 hungry Tunnel children or possibly 6 regular people.
