Harvest Pumpkin Pie
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (6 oz.) ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust
- 1/2 cup dried fruit bits
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
- or until butter is melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Spread onto bottom of crust.
- Sprinkle with dried fruit.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- or until chocolate is firm.
- Beat pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin and spices in large bowl with whisk 1 min.
- or until blended.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spread over ingredients in crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
