Bourbon Salmon

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add fish to bag; seal.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven 350
  5. grease baking pan ( I usually use olive oil)
  6. bake fish until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  7. I usually serve over Jasmine Rice with a side of asparagus.
  8. Enjoy
