Spicy Orange Marinade

• 12 cup orange juice
• 12 teaspoon orange zest, fine grated
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, fine chopped

1. Combine all ingredients in a small pan and simmer 3 miuntes over low heat.
2. use immediately or store in airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
