Chocolate Marshmallow Rolls Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate bits, butter and vanilla together.
  2. Add in the confectioners' sugar, egg, marshmallows and nuts.
  3. On 3 pcs of aluminum foil, about 18 inches long spread the Angel Flake coconut.
  4. Divide batter and pour into the 3 sheets of foil.
  5. Roll up and place in refrigerator.
  6. Slice when ready to serve.
  7. Must be in refrigerator at least 2 hrs before cutting.
  8. Will be good in refrigerator for weeks.
