Chocolate Marshmallow Rolls Recipe
- 1 lg. pkg. chocolate bits
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. nuts
- Angel Flake coconut
- Heat chocolate bits, butter and vanilla together.
- Add in the confectioners' sugar, egg, marshmallows and nuts.
- On 3 pcs of aluminum foil, about 18 inches long spread the Angel Flake coconut.
- Divide batter and pour into the 3 sheets of foil.
- Roll up and place in refrigerator.
- Slice when ready to serve.
- Must be in refrigerator at least 2 hrs before cutting.
- Will be good in refrigerator for weeks.
