BBQ Chicken and Rice Skillet

  1. Brown chicken in oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
  2. Add water, barbecue sauce and rice.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; add pepper and zucchini.
  5. Cover.
  6. Simmer 10 min.
