Glazed Vegetable Saute
- 1 qt. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 qt. fresh broccoli florets
- 4 each red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-1/3 cups green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- Saute squash, broccoli and red peppers in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
