Salted Nut Roll Recipe
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3 c. mini-marshmallows
- 2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 12 ounce. Reese's peanut butter chips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- Mix together 1 yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/4 c. melted butter; and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 min.
- Pour 3 c. of mini-marshmallows over cake and return to oven for 3 min or possibly till marshmallows puff up.
- Heat together 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 12 ounces Reese's peanut butter chips, 1/2 c. butter, and 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Pour mix over 2 c. Spanish peanuts and 2 c. Rice Krispies.
- Mix and spread mix over cake layer.
- Chill and cut into bars.
