Ground Meat & Potato Casserole Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd meat
- 1 onion (med.)
- 2 to 3 med. potatoes
- 1 can Campbells pork & beans (soup can size)
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- Cut potatoes in slices in bottom of casserole (like thick potato chips).
- Slice onion in rings, separate rings and put on top of potatoes.
- Pack grnd meat on top of potatoes and onions.
- Pour beans on top of meat and tomato sauce on top.
- Poke knife down thru to bottom and pull to side so some of sauce drips thru.
- (About 4 to 5 times and around edges.)
- Put in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is done.
