Fridge Door Special Sauce Burger

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup chili sauce (or substitute ketchup)
• 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (sometimes we use chopped hamburger dills)
• Dash of Worcestershire sauce
• Dash of hot pepper sauce
• 6 Cheater Kitchen Burgers (page 119)
• 6 large hamburger buns, toasted

1. COMBINE the mayonnaise, chili sauce, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
2. Blend well.
3. COOK the burgers.
4. PLACE the burgers on the buns.
5. Slather on the sauce and pile on other toppings of your choice.
