Gluten-Free Flour Mix

  1. Put both flours together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. I usually mix up a lot of this at once and store it in a container for ready use whenever Im baking.
  3. The important thing to remember is 3 parts brown rice to 1 part tapioca flour.
  4. Voila!
