Manicotti Stuffed With Spinach And Ricotta Cheese Recipe

• 6-8 c. tomato sauce, cook for 1-1 1/2 hrs only
• 1 pkg. manicotti
• 1 pkg. frzn spinach
• 1 pt. Ricotta or possibly cottage cheese
• 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg

1. This is an all time favorite dish among friends.
2. It is not very difficult and is a nice dish for a dinner party accompanied with a tossed salad and garlic bread.
