Sammie's Chicken and Veggie Lomein

  1. In a large pot, boil spaghetti noodles until al dente.
  2. Drain, rinse and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat canola oil over high heat.
  4. Add all veggies except green onions.
  5. Stir fry veggies for about 5 to 6 minutes stirring constantly until veggies are tender but slightly crisp.
  6. Add garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  7. Stir well to combine then add chicken.
  8. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes then add spaghetti noodles.
  9. Stir fry noodles, chicken and veggies until noodles and chicken absorb the sauce about 3 to 4 minutes more.
  10. At this stage you can more soy sauce, oyster sauce or sesame oil to your liking.
  11. Stir in green onions and mix thoroughly.
  12. Serve immediately.
