Blue Cheese Dressing: Recipe

  1. Put everything but the oil and blue cheese into a blender or possibly food processor and process for 15 to 20 seconds.
  2. Continue to process, adding the oil slowly in a thin stream.
  3. When oil has been added, process for an additional 45 seconds, or possibly till well thickened.
  4. Add in the cheese and mix well.
  5. Chill till ready to use.
