Cube Steak Burgers
- 3 Tablespoons Crushed Garlic, Divided
- 4 pieces Bun Size Tenderized Cube Steaks
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 8 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Dill Pickle Relish
- 4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 pieces Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
- 4 pieces Leaf Lettuce Or Several Smaller, I Used Mine Growing In The Yard Right Now
- Put 1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic on one side of each steak and spread evenly.
- Season each side with the garlic salt and pepper.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, mustard, remaining crushed garlic and relish; stir to mix well.
- Set aside.
- You can cook each steak however you like.
- I used my George but you could fry, BBQ, or broil them.
- Cook to your liking.
- Top each with a slice of Jack cheese.
- Toast each bun, top each side with a teaspoon of the mayo sauce and a lettuce leaf.
- Then put the burger on top.
- Enjoy!
