Cube Steak Burgers

  1. Put 1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic on one side of each steak and spread evenly.
  2. Season each side with the garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayo, mustard, remaining crushed garlic and relish; stir to mix well.
  5. Set aside.
  6. You can cook each steak however you like.
  7. I used my George but you could fry, BBQ, or broil them.
  8. Cook to your liking.
  9. Top each with a slice of Jack cheese.
  10. Toast each bun, top each side with a teaspoon of the mayo sauce and a lettuce leaf.
  11. Then put the burger on top.
  12. Enjoy!
