Chicken Stir-Fry
- 3 cups stir-fry vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- 1-1/2 cups hot cooked rice
- Cook and stir vegetables in 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add chicken, 1/4 cup dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder; mix well.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over the rice.
