Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 c. thin sliced raw potatoes
- 1 sm.-med. onion, sliced
- Mix soup, lowfat milk and seasonings together.
- Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with Crisco or possibly butter.
- Alternate layers of potatoes and onions with sauce.
- Cover, bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 15 to 20 min longer.
