Best Barbecued Ribs Recipe
- 2 lbs. pork spareribs or possibly loin back ribs
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash garlic salt
- 2 thin lemon slices
- Cut ribs in 2 large pcs.
- Simmer, covered, in salted water to cover till tender, about 45-60 min; drain.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce: Combine all remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to boiling; remove from heat.
- Place warm ribs in a shallow roasting pan; pour sauce over.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 min, basting with sauce occasionally.
- Serves 2.
