Vietnamese Ginger Chicken - Ga Kho

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and onion until brown.
  2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring often until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over plain rice or Ginger Rice.
