potato salad with a spicy twist

• 8 red potatoes cut into cubes and boiled to tender
• 4 hard boiled eggs deshelled and cut into chunks
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 1/4 cup vinager from pickled jalepenos
• 3 pickled jalepenos chopped
• 1 small can sliced olives
• 1 salt and pepper to taste

1. combined all ingredients in large dish , mix well and chill until ready to serve.
