Vickys Panfried Scallops with Lime and Coriander, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Fry scallops in the oil for 1 minute, then turn and sprinkle with the garlic and chilli
  2. Cook for another minute then squeeze over lime juice
  3. Plate, then sprinkle with coriander and season.
  4. Serve immediately
