Cherry Nut Cream Cheese Frosting
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 (16 ounce) powdered sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 12 cup maraschino cherry, drained and chopped
- Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speen until creamy.
- Add vanilla and coconut extract.
- Gradually add powered sugar, beating well.
- Fold in pecans and cherries.
