Shrimp and Crab Dip
- 250 ml cream cheese spread
- 125 ml seafood sauce, tangy
- 1 (170 g) can crabmeat (drained)
- 1 (170 g) can small shrimp (drained)
- assorted cracker
- Leave cream cheese at room temperature for half an hour, or until it is easy to spread.
- Spread cheese on a 9 - 10" platter plate, avoiding the liquid that sometimes accumulates at the bottom of the container.
- Spread seafood sauce evenly over the cheese, add more or less depending on your preference.
- Sprinkle the drained crab meat over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the drained shrimp over the crab meat.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve with your favourite crackers, best if served with Veggie Thins, Mini Bretton, or Wheat Thins.
