Sour Cream Rolled Cookies Recipe

  1. Blend sugar, butter, Large eggs add in vanilla, nutmeg and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Then add in flour.
  3. Chill dough till chilled.
  4. Roll about 1/4 inch thick and cut out for crisp cookies roll dough thinner.
  5. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 10 min (don't brown).
  6. Cookies should still be white on top when removed from the oven.
  7. Enjoy.
  8. They are great!
