Buttermilk Whole Wheat & Flax Pancakes

  1. Stir all dry ingrediants in a mixing bowl forming a well.
  2. Measure out buttermilk and combine the remaining wet ingrediants.
  3. Pour into the dry ingrediants and mix until all dry and wet ingrediants are incorporated.
  4. Batter will be thick.
  5. Pour a 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot greased griddle.
  6. Flip when edges are just firm.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
