Easy Bulgogi (Korean Beef Stir-fry)

  1. Peel the garlic and mince.
  2. Cut the chives in 5 cm.
  3. Chop the onion vertically into thin wedges.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ingredients and rub them into the meat.
  5. When the meat is soft, add vegetables and work into the mixture.
  6. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the mixture from step 2.
  7. It's finished when the beef and vegetables are cooked through.
