Easy Bulgogi (Korean Beef Stir-fry)
- 150 grams Beef (sliced)
- 1/4 of one carrot Carrot
- 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives (nira)
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Grated garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 Sesame oil for frying
- Peel the garlic and mince.
- Cut the chives in 5 cm.
- Chop the onion vertically into thin wedges.
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients and rub them into the meat.
- When the meat is soft, add vegetables and work into the mixture.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the mixture from step 2.
- It's finished when the beef and vegetables are cooked through.
