Hot Chicken Salad
- 2 12 cups chopped cooked chicken meat
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped salted almond
- 14 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 13 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3 cups crushed potato chips
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, bell pepper, onion, pimiento, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- Mix well and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Top with cheese and crushed potato chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until it is hot through and cheese is melted.
