Ice Cream Pie in Crunchy Cereal Crust

• 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1-1/3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 2-1/4 cups fruit-flavored or cocoa sweetened rice cereal
• 2 pints (4 cups) ice cream, any flavor, softened

1. Microwave butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds.
2. Add marshmallows; mix to coat.
3. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until marshmallows are smooth when stirred, stirring after 30 seconds.
4. Stir in cereal.
5. Mix lightly until well coated.
6. Press evenly into lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate.
7. Fill crust with ice cream; cover.
8. Freeze about 2 hours or until firm.
9. Let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before serving.
10. Garnish with additional cereal.
11. Serve with KRAFT Chocolate Topping, if desired.
12. Store leftover pie in freezer.
