Richard's Chili Con Queso

  1. Melt butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add flour; stir to form a paste.
  3. Add milk and cream; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Add cilantro, onion powder and garlic powder; mix well.
  5. Add cheddar jack; cook and stir until melted.
  6. Add VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Add chilies and pimientos.
