Pistachio Cake

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Turn into greased 10-inch angel food tube pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes.
  6. Turn onto wire rack.
  7. Cool completely before icing.
  8. ICING: Beat dessert topping and first amount of milk in bowl untl stiff.
  9. Add pudding powder and second amount of milk.
  10. Beat until smooth.
  11. Ice top and sides of cake quickly.
