Macaroons by Harriette
- 2 egg whites
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 flour
- 7 ounces coconut
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat egg whites on medium speed until stiff.
- Mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
- Add flour and mix.
- Add coconut and mix well.
- Drop by spoonsful unto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until browned, (12-15) minutes.
