Chicken in a Peanut Sauce

• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp ginger
• 100 ml chicken stock

1. Heat oil in pan
2. Fry chicken until cooked
3. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce , ginger and chicken stock in a pan over a low heat
4. pour over chicken.serve
