Tropical Banana Sundaes

  1. Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each of 4 dessert bowls.
  2. Place bowls in freezer.
  3. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add bananas; saute until just beginning to soften, about 3 minutes.
  5. Spoon bananas over ice cream.
  6. Top with chocolate sauce and coconut.
