Vinegared Cole Slaw
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- Mix together the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, sesame oil, and seeds.
- Set aside and toss together the red cabbage, Napa cabbage, carrots, and raisins until well combined.
- Dress the slaw with the vinegar mixture and serve.
