Creamy mushroom Alfredo sauce chicken

  1. Heat 1-1/2 tablespoons of olive oil and saute the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the butter, and cream add the cheese and mushrooms.
  3. Stirring constantly till thickens
  4. Chop the olives.
  5. Salt and pepper the chicken.
  6. Heat 1/4 cup oil and fry chicken just before being done drain most of juices and add olives and onions.
  7. Cook the garlic after the onions are almost done saute 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  8. Add Alfredo sauce.
  9. Coat all the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Steam the vegetables and salt with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  11. Garnish.
  12. Serve hope you enjoy
