Bulgogi

  1. Cut mushrooms into bite size pieces.
  2. Julienne carrot into 2" lengths.
  3. Cut green onion into 2" lengths.
  4. Combine above with meat in glass or nonmetal bowl.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and mix into meat mixture.
  6. Let marinade for 20 minutes.
  7. Cook over high heat stir frying till meat is done.
  8. Serve with steamed rice.
