• 1 lb Beef
• 1 Salt
• 1 Onoin powder
• 1 Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Garlic rub
• 1/4 dash Italian dressing
• 1 pinch Sugar

2. Combine all ingredients and marinate in fridge for 8 hours.

4. Put strips in the oven, hanging on tooth picks.
5. With pan below to catch drippings.

7. Set oven to 100 _150.
8. Bake 8_10 hours.
