Delicious Cannelloni

  1. These are the cannelloni.
  2. Rolled up lasagna noodles can be used instead.
  3. Make the filling for cannelloni.
  4. Boil the spinach.
  5. Saute the ground beef and season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the spinach into the meat.
  7. Filling continued.
  8. Once the meat mixture is cooled down, add the cottage cheese and mix it well.
  9. Fill the cannelloni with the filling.
  10. Be careful not to crush it.
  11. Grease a heat-proof container with butter, then arrange the cannelloni.
  12. Make the white sauce.
  13. In a pan, dissolve stew roux with the water and turn on the heat.
  14. Once it starts to thicken, add the milk.
  15. Pour the meat sauce over the arranged cannelloni.
  16. I also added the leftover cottage cheese from filling, and sprinkled some ground nutmeg.
  17. Pour the white sauce over it and top it with easy melting cheese.
  18. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 25-30 minutes.
  19. It's done!
  20. Mine collapsed a little, but you can cover it up with some sauce.
