Delicious Cannelloni
- 16 stick Cannelloni
- 4 bunches Spinach
- 200 grams Ground meat
- 200 grams Cottage cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 can Meat sauce
- 100 grams Easy melting cheese
- 80 grams Store-bought cream stew roux
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 100 grams Milk
- These are the cannelloni.
- Rolled up lasagna noodles can be used instead.
- Make the filling for cannelloni.
- Boil the spinach.
- Saute the ground beef and season it with salt and pepper.
- Add the spinach into the meat.
- Filling continued.
- Once the meat mixture is cooled down, add the cottage cheese and mix it well.
- Fill the cannelloni with the filling.
- Be careful not to crush it.
- Grease a heat-proof container with butter, then arrange the cannelloni.
- Make the white sauce.
- In a pan, dissolve stew roux with the water and turn on the heat.
- Once it starts to thicken, add the milk.
- Pour the meat sauce over the arranged cannelloni.
- I also added the leftover cottage cheese from filling, and sprinkled some ground nutmeg.
- Pour the white sauce over it and top it with easy melting cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 25-30 minutes.
- It's done!
- Mine collapsed a little, but you can cover it up with some sauce.
