Salsa Turkey Grill
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 slices KRAFT Fat Free Singles
- 8 slices LOUIS RICH CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 8 shortbread cookies
- 4 medium apples, sliced
- 20 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 4 pouches , or 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- FOR each sandwich; top 1 of the bread slices with 1 slice of the Singles, 2 slices turkey and 1 Tbsp.
- salsa; cover with remaining bread slice.
- Spread outside of each sandwich with 1 tsp.
- margarine.
- Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
- Serve 2 cookies and 1 apple topped with 1/4 of the yogurt per person for dessert.
- SERVE each person a KOOL-AID Jammer or an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
