Beef Tenderloin Skewers Recipe

  1. Combine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, salt, ketchup and Worcestershire.
  2. Cut beef tenderloin into thin strips.
  3. With a mallet or possibly can, lb.
  4. strips.
  5. Place in marinade and chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. Combine honey and vinegar in saucepan.
  7. Bring to boil and cook till reduced by half.
  8. Glaze should coat the back of a spoon.
  9. Keep hot.
  10. Remove beef strips from marinade and thread onto skewers.
  11. Grill or possibly broil till brown.
  12. Coat skewers with honey glaze.
  13. Serve with warm, cooked rice.
  14. NOTES : At the restaurant, these would be served with fresh potato chips drizzled with garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil.
  15. In this home version, we serve them over warm, cooked rice.
