Super Easy Chicken & Potatoes with BBQ
- 1 pkg. (4-1/2 lb.) frozen chicken thighs, thawed
- 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- Lee and Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Spices (your preference), to taste
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place chicken in bottom of 13x9-inch casserole pan.
- Put potatoes on top of chicken, sprinkle with seasonings and Worcestershire.
- Pour barbecue sauce on top.
- * Bake covered for about 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake until bubbly (usually an extra 1/2 hour).
